Welcome to REMEZ (רמז) at remezstudios.com (“Remez,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1) Who We Are & Eligibility
1.1 The site is operated by רמז (“Remez”), located at Hatavor St 21, Tel Mond.

1.2 Purchases through the site are intended only for individuals aged 18 and above. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may browse the site only with parental supervision but may not complete a purchase.
2) What We Sell & Accuracy of Product Display
2.1 We sell physical apparel, including limited collections, seasonal drops, and pre-orders.
2.2 All products are subject to availability and may change or sell out without advance notice.
2.3 Visual disclaimer: While we make every effort to accurately display product colors, textures, and details, differences in screens, devices, and lighting may cause slight variations. Exact color or texture matches cannot be guaranteed.
3) Orders, Acceptance & Resale Restrictions
3.1 Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion, including in cases of stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or shipping limitations.
3.2 If payment is processed and the order is later cancelled, we will issue a full refund.
3.3 Pre-orders: Estimated delivery windows may shift by up to 4 weeks due to production or logistics delays.
If the delay exceeds four (4) weeks past the original estimated window, you reserve the right to cancel your pre-order for a full refund.
3.4 Personal use only: Purchases are for personal and non-commercial use. Unauthorized resale, distribution, or commercial exploitation is prohibited without explicit written approval.
4) Prices, Taxes & Payments
4.1 Prices are displayed in Israeli Shekels (ILS) and include mandatory taxes (VAT) unless otherwise noted.
4.2 Shipping fees and other charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.
4.3 We accept multiple payment methods as displayed at checkout, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and others.
4.4 Payments are securely processed by PCI DSS–compliant payment providers. We do not store full card details.
4.5 You agree to keep your billing, contact, and account information accurate and updated.
5) Shipping & Delivery (Israel Only)
5.1 We currently ship within Israel only.
5.2 Shipping method: Home delivery via courier.
5.3 Delivery time: Orders are delivered within up to 9 business days from the moment the order is placed.
This timeframe includes order processing and dispatch.
5.4 Local pickup: If enabled, pickups are available in תל מונד. Full details will appear at checkout when applicable.
5.5 Risk & delivery:
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the address you provide.
If you authorize the courier to leave the package unattended (e.g., “safe drop”), Remez is not responsible for loss or theft after the courier confirms delivery.
Ownership transfers once full payment is received.
6) Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations (Israeli Consumer Law)
Our Returns Policy complies with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (חוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ”א–1981) and forms an integral part of these Terms.
6.1 Right to cancel a distance sale
You may cancel a qualifying transaction within 14 days from the later of:
receiving the product, or
receiving a document containing the transaction details,
as long as all the following conditions are met:
The item is returned in its original condition, including original labels, tags, and accessories intact. Packaging may be opened but must not be damaged or destroyed.
The item has not been used, or used in a manner exceeding what is required to inspect the product (as required by Israeli law).
6.2 Cancellation fee
For “change of mind” cancellations, we may charge the lower of:
5% of the transaction value, or
100 ILS.
6.3 Defective or non-conforming products
If a product is defective or does not match the description or order:
No cancellation fee will be charged.
We will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
You may be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund according to the law.
6.4 Legal exclusions
The right to cancel does not apply to certain items excluded under Israeli law, including for example:
Products intended for hygiene or intimate use (e.g., swimwear, underwear)
Certain custom-made or personalized products
Products that spoil quickly
6.5 Return shipping costs
Unless the item is defective or non-conforming, the consumer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
6.6 How to return
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@remezstudios.com to coordinate the process and receive instructions.
6.7 Refund timing
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, provided the item has been returned in accordance with these Terms.
7) Warranty & Responsibility
7.1 No additional commercial warranty is provided beyond what is required under Israeli law.
7.2 We are responsible for supplying products that match their descriptions and are free from defects, as required by law.
7.3 Nothing in these Terms limits rights to which you are entitled under mandatory consumer protection laws.
8) Accounts & Security
8.1 Creating an account is optional and allows for order tracking and faster checkout.
8.2 You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your login credentials confidential.
8.3 We may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
9) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
use the site for unlawful activity;
interfere with or disrupt the site’s operation;
gain unauthorized access to data or systems;
use automated tools to extract data without permission;
impersonate another person or entity;
purchase products for unauthorized resale.
10) Intellectual Property
All content on the site — including text, graphics, images, logos, product photos, brand elements, and the overall design — is owned by Remez or licensed to us.
You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works without our written consent.
11) Third-Party Services
The site may use or link to third-party services such as payment processors, analytics tools, or hosting platforms.
We are not responsible for their practices or content. Their usage is governed by their own terms and policies.
12) Cookies & Privacy
We use cookies and similar technologies for core functionality, security, and analytics.
Some cookies are essential and cannot be disabled.

13) No Warranties
The site and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or perfect accuracy of product visuals on every device.
14) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Israeli law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
We are not liable for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Our maximum liability is limited to the greater of: 100% of the amount paid for the relevant product, or 500 ILS.
This limitation does not apply to damages caused by willful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or bodily injury.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
15) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Remez harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
16) Disputes & Governing Law
16.1 For any concerns, please contact us at contact@remezstudios.com. We aim to resolve issues within 30 days.
16.2 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
16.3 The competent courts of Tel Aviv–Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law states otherwise.
17) Changes to the Site or Terms
We may update the site or these Terms at any time.
Changes take effect once posted.
Material updates may be accompanied by an on-site notice or email to registered users.
18) Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, internet outages, or supply-chain disruptions.
19) Entire Agreement & Contact
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery page, and Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Remez.
20) Product Warranty
20.1 Limited Warranty
Remez Studios products include a 14-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date you receive your order.
20.2 What’s Covered
• Manufacturing defects in stitching, embroidery, or construction
• Fabric defects present upon arrival
20.3 What’s Not Covered
• Damage caused by wear, washing, improper care, or misuse
• Pilling, shrinkage, stains, odors, or fading
• Damage caused by alterations or third parties
20.4 Assessment of Damage
Remez Studios reserves the full right to determine whether an issue is a manufacturing defect or damage resulting from customer use.
20.5 How to Submit a Claim
Email contact@remezstudios.com within 14 days with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
20.6 Resolution
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Remez Studios may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund, at our sole discretion.
