Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

  • Domestic Shipping (Israel): All orders are shipped from Israel. Delivery time is typically 3–5 business days from the moment your order is processed. Processing may take up to 2 business days.

  • Free Shipping: Orders above 400₪ qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below this amount will incur a shipping fee displayed at checkout.

  • International Orders: At present, Remez ships only within Israel. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly at contact@remezstudios.com.

  • Delays: While we make every effort to deliver on time, Remez is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, strikes, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Cancellations

Your rights as a consumer are protected under Israeli law (חוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ”א-1981):

  • Right to Cancel: Customers may cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods (or within 14 days of receiving the disclosure form, whichever is later).

  • If the Order Has Already Been Shipped: If your order has already been shipped or handed to the carrier, you may still exercise your legal right to cancel within the 14-day window. In this case, the customer is responsible for returning the item in its original condition and covering the return shipping costs. Remez will issue a refund, minus the permitted cancellation fee (5% of the transaction price or 100₪, whichever is lower), within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

  • Refunds: Upon cancellation, customers are entitled to a refund to the original payment method, minus the cancellation fee mentioned above.

  • Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Exchanges: Exchanges for a different size or item are accepted within 14 days, provided the product meets the same condition requirements.

  • Return Shipping Costs:

    • If the return is due to change of mind or wrong size, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    • If the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, Remez will cover the return shipping and provide a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your order is lost in transit and never delivered, Remez will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

  • Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. Remez will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.

Additional Terms

  • Inspection: All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Remez reserves the right to deny a refund, exchange, or store credit if items fail to meet the return conditions stated above.

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.

  • Policy Updates: Remez reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping & Return Policy at any time, in accordance with applicable law.
