Where does the name “Remez” come from?
In Hebrew, Remez means “clue” or “hint.” It reflects our philosophy: subtle yet powerful design details that leave a lasting impression
How do I know which size to order?
On our shop page you’ll find a sizing aid to help determine which size fits you best. Keep in mind that our pieces are designed with an oversized fit, so always take that into consideration. Please note that this guide is only a recommendation and individual fit may vary.
Are your pieces oversized or true to size?
Our core designs lean toward an oversized, relaxed streetwear fit. However, sizing is intentional – check the product description for guidance specific to each item.
What materials do you use?
We use premium fabrics sourced for comfort, durability, and luxury feel – including heavyweight cotton and high-quality wool. Every piece is made to last.
Will you restock sold-out items?
Remez collections are limited, and once an item sells out it’s rarely restocked. Each drop is unique – though in select cases we may open pre-orders for high-demand pieces. If you love something, secure it early

How long does shipping take within Israel?
Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days from the time your order is processed.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We aim to keep rates fair while ensuring safe and reliable delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, they begin processing and cannot be modified.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging and condition.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
